The Program
The System
This is where the system gets installed. You'll establish your training baseline, lock in your nutrition framework, and begin the daily habits & check-ins that will compound over the next 12 weeks.
The habits are forming. Now we load the system. Training intensity increases, nutrition gets dialed in based on your real-world data from the first four weeks, and your progress becomes a competitive signal against your former self.
You're operating with momentum now. Training is a non-negotiable. You are automatically making healthier food choices. The energy & mental clarity is noticeable. People around you are starting to notice too.
The final phase is about permanence. Anyone can white-knuckle 16 weeks. The goal here is making sure none of this requires willpower anymore; it's just who you are. We build your post-program maintenance plan so the standard you've set doesn't slip the moment the program ends.

The Coach
I spent six years in the United States Marine Corps, three of them attached to a Special Operations Team. Two months into a nine-month deployment, I sustained a back injury on a mission. I finished the deployment, but I had to have back surgery at 23 years old, and I was promptly medically separated from the Marine Corps.
That was the hardest thing I'd ever faced. Not the injury. Losing the identity. What followed was a dark period of drug abuse, loss of direction, and the kind of emptiness that comes when the structure that defined you is suddenly gone.
I didn't find discipline in a gym. I learned to build it from the ground up when I had no other options, and honestly, it saved my life.
Fitness kept me tethered to something real. However, it was yoga that truly transformed me.
It was the first time I understood that the body holds everything — the trauma, the tension, the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and what we're capable of.
That realization set me on a 13-year journey of self-improvement that never really ended. It led me to six years in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer, obtaining a health coach certification, and becoming a certified yoga teacher.
I built The Discipline Standard because I know what it costs to operate without a standard. I've been the high-performer falling apart behind the scenes. I've done the work to come back from it.
